A little about me . . .
My name is Maddison Stone. I am a writer, an artist and an enthusiastic sock collector.
One day I decided that before I die I was going to have a house with a slide that goes from my attic to my basement, a PhD so I can write Dr. before my name and I was going to publish a novel.
I married a man who helped me realize my slide idea is impractical and expensive. (I'm still going to do it.) I am still working on getting my PhD, and if everything goes according to plan I will be able to call my self Dr. before 2025.
But on May 28, 2018 my first book will go live. I will publish it myself under the heading of OBSTINATELYCLEVER. It's called Angel the Devil's Daughter. It may not technically be called a Novel, but I'm not going to argue semantics with myself and my own personal bucket list.

A little about my website
I have always wanted to be a writer. Inspired by authors like Ernest Hemingway, Michael Crichton, and my all time favorite, Dr. Suess, I started writing at a young age. I, however, dont' want to do the same old thing. I want to do something different.
ObstinatelyClever is a website designed to be a little different. The stories are written as if the characters themselves are writing them; in the present and in the form of a blog. It's like a living piece of fiction.
My stories will be published in real time. Each week at least one new entry will be posted to the blog. Each story will last a minimum of a year or perhaps more, depending on the story itself. The story will even include feedback from readers in order to create the illusion that the story is more than just fiction.
I encourage comments. I love to hear feedback, and perhaps you could become part of the story.
