I started this story as a novel, and it's nearly finished in novel form. I will have to go back and change a lot of it so that it will fit into the blog format. I don't know when this story will go live but I am excited to share it with the world.

The outline is finished and over 20 pages have been written. If all goes well (finger's crossed), this story will be ready to post by November. No guarantees, but that's my goal.
Other Stuff
Progress toward the PhD
I started a job at a teaching hospital on October of 2017. One of the perks of working there is the chance to go to their university for a discounted price. The catch is I have to work full time. School and work will be difficult to say the least. The blog page will make it even more so but I am determined to accomplish this. I currently hold a BA in Social Science and a ASN in nursing.
I had planned to go back to school in May. However, as usually happens, life got in the way and I am currently unable to pay for school until I get my first pile of loans paid off. While the dream of a PhD is still very much alive it will have to rest dormant while I prepare myself financially for the cost of the second round. The goal is to not have to take out anymore loans but still be able to eat.
House Slide
Currently the slide idea is nothing more than an imaginative dream. The house I'm currently in isn't one I can build a slide onto. The slide will probably have to wait until I'm a Doctor. If things go better than planned and you all love my stories, maybe I can make enough money to live out my slide dream sooner, but I have to prioritize and the slide, although awesome, is a little lower on my priority list.
